As Shopping Malls of the Migros Aare cooperative, we aim to provide our customers with gamification attractions within the mall area. To achieve this, we partnered with Atticode to develop a digital aquarium. In a step-by-step process, the landscape, marine inhabitants, and various interactions were developed. Atticode consistently provided proactive suggestions, taking our customer preferences into account. Over the next few months, we plan to continue evolving the digital aquarium in collaboration with Atticode. This will allow us to offer even more playful interactive opportunities for our young and young-at-heart customers in the shopping malls, enticing them to spend more time in the mall environment.
